1. Eligibility for Returns
- Unopened Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Opened Items: Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened or used.
2. Return Timeframe
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@usatallow.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where items show signs of damage not caused by us or the carrier, only partial refunds may be granted.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return does not meet our criteria, we may reject the refund request and return the product to you at your expense.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We may ask for photos of the damaged item to assess the issue and will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the eligible item and place a new order.
